ORGANIC APPLES

The rich soil and fresh mountain air combine to create the ideal conditions for our delicious apples, grown organically in our apple orchard without products that could harm the environment or pollinators.

We’re just a short distance from the National Park of the Belluno Dolomites, a pristine, unspoiled valley and stunning backdrop for our spectacular mountains.

After months of research into the apples we wanted to grow, we chose three hardy modern varieties and six rare heirloom varieties. These older varieties date back to the mid-1800s, they have unusual shapes but the unique flavours and aromas of times gone by. These cultivars will help us promote biodiversity and give people the chance to enjoy these special apples and learn about the history of this remarkable fruit.
